Downtown 409 Text Support is an SMS-based customer service system operated by Huligan Hospitality LLC dba Downtown 409. The service provides message routing and customer support for our four venues: Bandos, The Hub, The Patio, and Heavy 2:14.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY & RATES
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our team. You will only receive messages in direct response to your inquiries or as part of an ongoing customer service conversation.

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You may cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our service. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
